ABOUT ME

Sean Freeman

Sean Freeman, CEO and Founder of Grind Sports Performance and Fitness Factory LLC, was born in Atlanta, Georgia  and raised in Talladega,  Alabama.  Mr. Freeman is an accomplished expert in the field of exercise science and physical health, he provides systematic approaches to helping his clients achieve a better life through physical exercise and activity.  Sean Freeman attended Alabama A&M University and majored in Business Administration with a concentration in management.  Through his dedication and stellar work ethic, Sean was able to walk on the Alabama A&M University Football team and earn an athletic scholarship.  He graduated from Alabama A&M in 2014 with his Bachelor’s degree.  He graduated with his Masters from Alabama A&M in Kinesiology in 2018.  While at Alabama A&M he was a member of the 100 Black Men of America, Sons of Royalty Mentoring Company, National Bone Marrow Organization, and the Nu Epsilon Chapter of Omega Psi Phi.

 

Mr. Freeman has completed over 120 hours of volunteer work in the field of physical therapy. He’s volunteered at Cooper Green Mercy Healthcare Services and Encore Rehabilitation Services.  He is fluent with his care for patients in the area of pediatrics, geriatrics, neurological, cardiovascular, and orthopedics.  Mr. Freeman is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist NSCA/USAW 2018/2019; Certified Personal Trainer AAAI/ISMA/ACE, and Certified in AED/CPR through the American Red Cross Association.  

 

Through his quest of providing physical fitness to others, he has worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Alabama Department of Athletics Strength & Conditioning, Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach Alabama A&M University Department of Athletics 2017-2018, Area Fitness Manager at Workout Anytime 24/7 Madison, AL, and Area Fitness Manager at Gold's Gym in Pelham, AL.  

 

Sean’s main goal is to obtain a doctorate in Physical Therapy within the next three years and work alongside some of the nations most prominent physical therapist while opening his own sports facility to focus on sports performance and rehabilitation.
